Welcome to JoergBeckerPhotography! This site is dedicated to showcasing my passion for wildlife and landscape photography, cultivated throughout my long career as a tour operator and world traveler.
 
Many of my images are taken while out in the wild, or paddling my kayak on the calm waters of British Columbia’s lakes or coastal inlets. Other photos come from more distant destinations like Newfoundland, Central America, New Zealand or as far as Southern Africa.

Some of the photos were carefully planned, while others happened in the quiet, unexpected moments that make time spent in nature so rewarding. Each photograph carries a memory, a story, and a deep appreciation for the landscapes and wildlife that inspire me.
